Modi walked in UP, Yogi's magic

NBL,. 10/03/2022, Lokeshwer Prasad Verma.. UP News.., Assembly Election Result 2022: BJP gave a slogan this time in Uttar Pradesh, keep the cycle in the exhibition, Baba will remain in twenty-two, then try in twenty-seven.  The essence of the results of this time's election is also the same overall.

In the results of the elections of 5 states on Thursday, except Punjab, the people of Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Manipur and Goa have given a majority victory to the BJP and have told the opposition parties that you should try again in 2027.

The wind was blowing in favor of BJP

Those who were talking about there being a wave against Yogi Adityanath, today they understood that the wave was not against them but in their favour.  BJP has won the elections in these four states because of the Pro-Incumbency Wave.  Apart from Yogi, the other superstar of Thursday was Arvind Kejriwal, whose party completely swept Punjab and dusted the big maharajas of Punjab politics.

Once upon a time, Navjot Singh Sidhu was a judge on the famous comedy show, Laughter Challenge and Bhagwant Mann was a contestant in it.  But it was Bhagwant Mann's turn to give the number on Thursday.  He gave zero numbers out of 100 to his old judge Navjot Singh Sidhu.  BJP is forming the government in Uttarakhand, but Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and former Congress Chief Minister Harish Rawat have lost the elections.

Elections fought in the name of PM Modi

This is the election of new India.  This election has been won on the face of Prime Minister Modi, his honest image and his brilliant work.  That is why no opposition leader could stand in front of him.  This election shows that despite the two-year-long struggle with Kovid, all the lockdowns and economic slowdown, Modi's popularity has not decreased but it has increased further.

The leaders of the opposition have also come to know about a new vote bank and that is the double V, that is, the vote bank of development, whose key is with only Modi.

On Thursday, the Congress party could win only two seats in the whole of Uttar Pradesh and it lost badly in Punjab too.  So the big question is whether Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and Rahul Gandhi will be held responsible for this defeat?  Similarly, there is another question whether Mayawati's political career is nearing its end as BSP has won only one seat in the UP elections.

Know the big highlights of the election

This has happened after 37 years, when a party is going to form the government for the second consecutive time in Uttar Pradesh.  Earlier this happened in the year 1985, when the Congress party won the elections for the second time in a row.  On Thursday, the same Congress was reduced to 2 seats in Uttar Pradesh.  That is, the Congress could not win even as many seats as the Uttar Pradesh elections were held in phases.  Meaning it could not win even 7 seats.

In Uttar Pradesh, BJP has made many new records on Thursday.  Like this will be the first time in the history of Uttar Pradesh, when a Chief Minister after completing the tenure of five years, will again assume the responsibility of this post.

In terms of vote percentage also BJP has broken its 2017 record.  In 2017 he got 40 percent votes but this time he got 42 percent votes.  Whereas Samajwadi Party got about 32 percent, BSP got 12 and a half percent and Congress did not even get the full 2.5 percent votes.  You can say that the Congress could not even walk two and a half steps in the UP elections.

In Uttar Pradesh, BJP has got about four crore votes.  This is more than the entire population of a country like Canada.

These results proved that there is also a Pro Incumbency Wave.  There was an Anti Incumbency Wave against the Congress in Punjab.  So in all the remaining four states, the wave of winning BJP was going on.

In the election, the big stars got destroyed.

In these elections, even the big maharajas of politics became disillusioned.  In Punjab, Parkash Singh Badal, Sukhbir Singh Badal, Navjot Singh Sidhu, Captain Amarinder Singh, Vikram Majithia and Chief Minister Charanjit Singh himself lost from their two seats.  Apart from this, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and Congress leader Harish Rawat also lost the elections in Uttarakhand.

One more thing, the country has now left behind the politics of caste.  On Thursday, the parties doing caste politics in Uttar Pradesh have suffered a huge defeat.

Whereas MY factor no longer means Muslim plus Yadav.  Rather it has become Modi plus Yogi.

Apart from this, the results of Uttarakhand once again proved the Exit Polls wrong.  It was predicted in all the exit polls that BJP is going to be defeated in Uttarakhand and Congress can form the government.  But the Congress could not even give a competition to the BJP in the elections.

Aam Aadmi Party's landslide victory in Punjab on Thursday has made Arvind Kejriwal a big leader of the national level.  Now Kejriwal will face West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee for ambitions in national politics.

Is Mayawati's career coming to an end?

These results have indicated that now Mayawati's political journey is nearing its end.  Because in these elections the BSP's elephant was as effective as its showing teeth.

Thursday's mandate has put Brand Modi in front of the country even more strongly.  In this election, Prime Minister Modi was the challenger and he was the defender.  Not only BJP, the entire NDA contested the election in his name and brought it to its conclusion in a brilliant way.  Therefore, you can also call these results as the country's Referendum on Prime Minister Modi.

Akali Dal, Congress, BSP, Samajwadi Party, Rashtriya Lok Dal.  There are two types of leaders in politics.  First Grassrooters and second Parachuters.  Grassrooters can only go up and Parachuters can only come down.  In these elections, people have sent down the leaders who do politics of familyism and those who do politics of development have been sent up.

This is the election result in 5 states..

In Uttar Pradesh, the BJP alliance has won 274 seats, Samajwadi Party and its allies 124, BSP one and Congress two.  BJP has got absolute majority single-handedly.  Although its 38 seats have decreased from the last time.  Apart from this, Akhilesh Yadav also batted till the last over but he could not win the Samajwadi Party in this election match.

AAP changed the broom in Punjab..

In Punjab, the Aam Aadmi Party has completely shook the broom.  Aam Aadmi Party has won 92 seats out of 117 seats in Punjab.  That is, Arvind Kejriwal's party won about 79 percent of the seats in the state.  While Congress got 18 seats, Akali Dal got 4, BSP got 1 and BJP got two seats.

 BJP surprised in Uttarakhand..

The election results of Uttarakhand surprised the most.  Out of 70 seats in Uttarakhand, BJP has got 48, Congress 18, BSP 2 and others have got the same number of seats.  This is the first time after the formation of the state of Uttarakhand, when a party has been successful in forming the government again.  Earlier, once the Congress government came in Uttarakhand and once the BJP government came.

BJP has also won in Manipur and Goa.  In short, the gist of these election results is that on one side there was a huge mall of BJP and on the other side there was a small stall of the opposition.

Today one more thing was seen in these results.  And that is Pro Incumbency Wave.  Till now, only Anti Incumbency Wave i.e. anti-government wave was discussed on news channels in elections.  But Thursday's results showed that there can be a great wave in support of Pro Incumbency Wave i.e. government and party.  In the four states where the BJP had governments, it got such a big victory because of this Pro Incumbency Wave.

Wave running in support of PM Modi..

There was a Congress government in Punjab, but it was defeated due to the Anti Incumbency Wave.  Most importantly, the leader who created this Pro Incumbency Wave is none other than the Prime Minister of the country, Narendra Modi.  Prime Minister Modi got a bigger victory in 2019 than in 2014 and the biggest reason for this was the wave in his support in the country.

Another point here is that, Prime Minister Modi has emerged as a leader of Indian politics, who fully understands the electoral game.  He has broken all the bonds and equations of traditional politics.  Brand Modi has now become a guarantee of victory in the elections.

There is a proverb in the English language, In India People Dont Cast Their Vote, They Vote Their Caste.  That is, in India, people do not vote but stamp their caste.  But Prime Minister Modi has also broken the shackles of this caste politics.  Perhaps this is the reason why the parties which used to win elections by doing social engineering in the name of castes, their condition is bad today.

 People rejected casteist politics..

In the year 2007, Mayawati formed the BSP government in Uttar Pradesh with an absolute majority by winning 206 seats.  But after 15 years, today his party is reduced to only one seat in this Uttar Pradesh.  Because the caste politics of BSP is getting competition from the politics of development of BJP.

Like Mayawati, Akhilesh Yadav's politics has also depended on this social engineering of castes.  His father Mulayam Singh Yadav won many elections in Uttar Pradesh on Muslim plus Yadav vote bank.  But now the meaning of M+Y has changed.  Now it does not mean Muslim plus Yadav, but Modi plus Yogi.  This factor is much more effective than the factor of any caste and religion.

How was the philosophy of the parties in different phases in UP..

On February 10, in the first phase, voting was held in 58 seats in 11 districts of western Uttar Pradesh.  Of these, there were seven districts where the number of Muslim voters is 25 percent or more.  And there were also districts like Muzaffarnagar, where up to 40 percent of the Muslim population is there.

Akhilesh Yadav had done social engineering of castes in these seats and did not give tickets to Muslim candidates.  But the results show that it did not benefit them much.  In the first phase of 58 seats, BJP got 46 and Samajwadi Party won 12 seats.

In the second phase, voting was held in 55 seats in 9 districts of Uttar Pradesh.  A total of 38 seats out of 55 in these 9 districts were such on which the votes of Muslims were very important.  Akhilesh Yadav got a lot of advantage in this phase.  BJP won 28 seats out of 55 in this phase.  On the other hand, Samajwadi Party and Rashtriya Lok Dal won 27 seats.  Jayant Chaudhary's party has won a total of 8 seats.

Peasant movement did not have much effect..

One more thing, the 27 seats where Akhilesh Yadav's alliance has won are in western Uttar Pradesh.  Where the peasant movement had its effect.  That's why the peasant movement had an effect, but this effect was very less.

We have already told you that Akhilesh Yadav's social engineering went on in two phases in the beginning.  But after that his breath started to fluctuate.  Out of 59 seats in the third phase, BJP won 42 seats and Samajwadi Party won 17 seats.

In the fourth phase, elections were held in Awadh region.  Out of 59 seats here, BJP has won 49 seats.  And Samajwadi Party alliance has got 10 seats.

There were 61 seats in the fifth phase, out of which BJP got 39, Samajwadi Party 19 and others got three seats.

Out of 57 seats in the sixth phase, BJP got 40, SP got 15 and others got two seats.

However, in the last phase, Akhilesh Yadav batted well.  In this, BJP got 26 seats out of 54 seats and SP got 28 seats.

All sections voted for BJP. .

Two decades ago, even for BJP, it was said that it is only a party of upper caste people and Dalits, Adivasis, minorities and women do not vote for it.  But after 2014 this trend has completely changed.  Today BJP has got the most backward caste votes in Uttar Pradesh.  By the way, a line is being used a lot today for this vote bank of development.  And that is Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, BJP heavy on all..

The women voters of the state put maximum trust in the BJP.  One of the main reasons for this is development.  These women got the benefit of laws like Ujjwala Yojana, Beti Bachao-Beti Padhao and triple talaq.  Apart from this, the youth vote bank also remained united with the BJP.  Out of the total 15 crore voters of Uttar Pradesh.. there are about seven crore women voters.  Whereas there are 3.5 crore youth voters in the age group of 18 to 30 years.  That is, the women and youth vote bank is very decisive in Uttar Pradesh.  And in the elections, BJP has got a lot of support from women and youth.

Apart from this, BJP's 80-20 formula also worked.  In this, the BJP had left 20 percent of the Muslim votes and its attempt was to unite 80 percent of the Hindu votes.
